About Kaluamoa Farms Cattery

Located on the sunny south shore of the Hawaiian Island of Kauai, is the home of Kaluamoa Farms Cattery. Owner Charlee Abrams and her family have been enjoying Siamese cats since 1988.

Successful litters, leading to show accomplishment, plus an overwhelming demand for the wonderful, beautiful, expressive Siamese kitten, led to the expansion of the breeding program to include all four point colors (CFA Siamese Breed Standard). Now, working with seal, chocolate, and lilac point toms; and chocolate, lilac, and seal point queens, kittens of all point colors can occur in a single litter!

Over the past 32 years we have bred and shown over 70 Grand Champions/Grand Premiers and won Best In Show over 50 times. In 1995-96 we were Hawaii’s Best Cat in Championship with Grand Champion Sandollar South Pacific of Kaluamoa (aka “Bali”) — the first and only time a Siamese cat in Hawaii has won the coveted award! Bali’s daughter, Grand Champion Cherish Forever, DM (Distinguished Merit) produced 15 Grand Champions and is, to this date, the highest producing DM in the Siamese breed — since 1905. And Bali’s granddaughter, Grand Champion Lucky Charm, was Best in Show October 2008, and Hawaii’s Second Best Cat in Championship 2007-08. And now, her daughter, Grand Champion Kaluamoa Kauai Bright Jewel (aka “Julie”) is following in her pawsteps. “Julie” was CFA Hawaii Best Kitten in 2011-2012 and her wins have continued. In the CFA Hawaii show seasons 2012-2013, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015 she continued her winning ways as Best Cat in Hawaii — three years in a row!

Our stellar seal point show and stud tom cat, Grand Champion Davisiam Shaz Beau of Kaluamoa (aka “Beau”), was CFA Hawaii 2010-2011 Best Cat. “Beau” is the father of Grand Champion Kaluamoa Kauai Noelani, CFA Hawaii 2011-2012 Best Cat, and Grand Champion Kaluamoa Kauai Bright Jewel, CFA Hawaii Best Kitten in 2011-2012 and CFA Hawaii Best Cat for the 2012-2013, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015 show seasons. Beau is also the father of many wonderful companion and breeding cats around the world!

Kaluamoa Farms Siamese cats are competitive in the show ring, producers of national and international quality, and provide many families with the best companion cats available today.

Show potential kittens are offered full CFA registration, and may be used for breeding and show purposes. These kittens are very good quality with no faults at time of sale. In addition, they exhibit the type and temperament to win in the show ring.

Breeding quality kittens are offered full CFA registration and may be used for breeding or show purposes. These kittens are correct according to our breed standard in that they have the proper genetic background and structure in order to produce good breeding and show quality kittens.

Pet quality kittens are offered only limited CFA registration, and will not be eligible for breeding. These kittens make excellent companion cats, however, they may have a fault according to the Siamese Breed Standard (put link in here) which might prevent them from producing good breeding and show quality cats.

Customized Contracts of Sale

Our kittens are sold on a written contract that outlines our mutual agreement, heritage, medical procedures, and kitten quality.  We accept Master Card and Visa as well as wire or direct deposit and personal checks. For kittens sold out of state or the country, there is no sales tax.
